In which countries do you deliver? Shipping costs?
I deliver in Austria and Germany. No shipment in other EU countries and outside of EU.
The shipping costs are as follows:
Austria EUR 15,00 / Germany EUR 20,00

Do you take commissions?
Yes, I do. Please note that I don't take commissions from EU countries and outside of EU.
Only from Austria and Germany.

How is the commission price composed of?
The prices depend at cost, materials and size. For example, it is a difference between a full-body picture or a portrait, also depending on many or few details. Of course we discuss everything beforehand, so that there won't be any questions open.

How can I know I will like the picture?
I will send you updates from your picture. This is the time you can tell me wishes for changes or suggestions. 
I only ship your picture when I get your OK and your pre-payment is received.

How and when payment takes place?
How: per transaction
When: payment in advance
Payment details will follow per email. Not via Instagram!

Can I return my order?
If there might be the case you aren't happy with your order, I can only take back my merchandise. Only undamaged! Redispatch has to be made to at your own charge.
Commissions are excluded from redispatch.
